Certificate III in Retail

This qualification reflects the role of people whose primary focus is engaging retail customers, maintaining daily store operations, having a sound knowledge of products and services, and delivering on organisational expectations. They work with some independence under limited supervision, and people working at this level can be responsible for supervising other team members and monitoring day-to-day workplace operations.
This qualification is a pathway to work as frontline sales assistant, customer service representative, shop assistant, retail supervisor, team leader and senior sales assistant in a diverse range of retail settings including specialty retailers, supermarkets, department stores and quick service restaurants.
