Manage your training

Your skills count towards your future

Right now, you’re wondering how to make your skills, education, and experience count towards your future.

If you’re looking to do a VET course in South Australia, you want to know if your skills are transferable.

Well, you’re in the right place to find out.

Get recognition for it all

You can make all your skills, education, and experience count towards your future—by applying for a Credit Transfer and/or Recognition of Prior Learning.

If approved, you’ll save time and money on your VET qualification.

Learn about different types of credit available

What’s a Credit Transfer?

A Credit Transfer will recognise any formal learning you’ve done in the past where it’s considered equal to the qualification you’re studying now (or want to study).

What’s Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)?

You can apply for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) to recognise all your learning through work experience, informal training, self-study, and life experience.

Need credit for a trade or vocation?

If you live in South Australia, you can apply to have your experience within a trade or declared vocation formally recognised with a Certificate of Recognition (conditions apply).
