Develop the fundamental skills you’ll need to succeed in hospitality, including working effectively with others, interacting with customers, observing social and cultural sensitivity, and following workplace safety. You’ll work under supervision, learning to prepare and serve food and beverages to industry standards.

With a Certificate II in Hospitality, you’ll be equipped to work as a catering assistant, barista, bar attendant, café assistant, or porter—in restaurants, hotels, motels, catering operations, clubs, pubs, cafés, and coffee shops.
