Achieve the academic requirements towards the Open (Unrestricted) Cabling Licence Registration with this nationally recognised qualification. You will learn how to correctly select, assemble and install simple telecommunications equipment and cables. You’ll also learn about the maintenance and service of telecommunications cabling in buildings and premises. The course covers risk assessment, problem solving on DC circuits, fabricating and assembling components, working to drawings and specifications, and installing and securing electrotechnology equipment. Gain the hands-on skills you need for this in-demand trade.
