Cake and pastry baking for bread bakers skill set

This skill set provides the basic skills, knowledge and understanding on what it is like to start a career in the baking industry. Students will learn sponge cakes, birthday cakes, wedding cakes, puddings, biscuits, macarons, pies, sweet tarts, eclairs, croissants, Danish pastry's and brioche. A bakers uniform and equipment set must be purchased prior to the course. Approximate cost for uniform is $95 & $299 for equipment.
