Enrolled nurses with this qualification contribute to the continuous improvement of evidence-based clinical practice and participate in broader organisational quality processes. Enrolled nurses holding this qualification retain self-responsibility, whilst remaining accountable to the Registered Nurse/Midwife for all delegated functions.
